The Unfortunate Earth

The temperature of the earth has risen, and it is predicted that this increase will continue. This phenomenon called global warming has much effect to our atmosphere and to us- people. This phenomenon is a result of human activities. Huge amounts of air pollution are produced as industries develop. In many countries, industrial pollution is now controlled but it still causes huge damage to health and the environment in many developing countries. This predicament is not unusual to us but until now, there is nothing we can do to those lawless people which will continue to do such things that will eventully harm us. The hole in the ozone layer has been blamed on our use of chemicals called chlorofluorocarbons that are widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners and aerosol cans. This has the largest contrbution to global warming. Although the use of CFCs is now heavily restricted, it may take long years for the ozone layer to repair itself.
